I'm so happy you're here! Welcome to a truly transformative experience. I am a Licensed Associate Counselor (LAC), with experience working with families, children, adolescents, and teens. I absolutely love the work that I do and believe that all persons have the capacity to heal! Everyone deserves the chance to share their story in a safe space. I have found that many children and families are struggling to cope with the stress they are under and need guidance to remind themselves how amazing they are! No matter what you or your child are going through, I can promise a non-judgmental environment where you can be heard.

When working with me, you can expect to learn and practice self-regulation techniques such as mindfulness, grounding skills, and finding your safe space. I also incorporate cognitive-behavioral therapy techniques, attachment-based therapy techniques, and am trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). Through a collaborative approach, we can meet you or your child's needs!

I work with clients of all ages. I accept Aetna and Cigna insurance. My cash fee is $110 per session. I am able to provide a superbill that you can submit to insurance. I cannot guarantee reimbursement from your insurance. I am under clinical supervision by Danielle Derrick.

In my free time, I enjoy reading, going for walks, painting, and playing with my cat.
