AzCPT accepts debit, credit, and HSA cards. We are also an approved vendor for ESA, so you can request reimbursement through your ESA funds upon receipt of service.

All clinicians can accept Cigna. Danielle also accepts UHC, and Autumn is pending taking UHC.
