Hello! My name is Baylee Kempiak, and I am a student therapist completing my practicum and internship, currently pursuing my Master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at the University of the Cumberlands. I work with children, teens, and adults. I am passionate about helping young people navigate life's challenges in a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental environment.

My professional background includes several years working with children and adolescents in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), where I have supported individuals with ASD and other developmental differences. These experiences have strengthened my understanding of child development and shaped my strengths-based approach to counseling.

I strive to create a space where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered to express themselves. I'm especially interested in supporting clients experiencing emotional regulation challenges, life transitions, grief, and difficulties related to self-esteem and social relationships. I believe every person has unique strengths, and my goals are to help clients build confidence, resilience, and healthy coping skills that support their growth both in and out of therapy.

As a student, I am committed to providing compassionate, client-centered care while working under professional supervision. I look forward to support families as they work towards meaningful growth and positive change.
