Hello, I'm Casey McClellan, a Licensed Associate Marital and Family Therapist. I work with children and teens ages 12 and older, adults, and families who are facing life's challenges and want to build greater resilience. I believe that most people are doing the best they can with the tools they have, yet there are times when additional support is needed to move forward.

I draw on several therapeutic approaches in my work including EMDR, Theraplay based activities and attachment focused methods, DBT skills, and EFT Tapping. These modalities help clients move loser to a life worth living by increasing their ability to adapt to challenges and by expanding their capacities beyond what negative experiences may have led them to believe about themselves. I strive to create a safe and compassionate space where clients can explore their difficulties, gain new insights, and develop greater confidence and hope.

I earned my Master's degree in Marital and Family Therapy in 2017. My goal is to help clients feel more empowered, connected to themselves and others, and on a path toward a more fulfilling and authentic life.
